Not only for this reason, we always set great store by the protection of your data. We take every possible measure to protect your data against unauthorized access. In the following, we will give you a review of our security guidelines which are binding for us. To be able to offer and provide our services in a customer-oriented and appropriate way, we must collect, process and use data of our customers - like many other companies. Which data will be stored? Within the framework fixed by the legal requirements of the TKG[3], the TDSV[4], the TDDSG[2]and the BDSG[1], we collect, process and use personal data of our customers which are necessary for the reason, modification and implementation of the customer contracts. This includes, for example, name, address and phone number of the customer. The DeskShare GmbH also collects and processes the data necessary for the proper evaluation and calculation of the services rendered (payment data). Apart from the data about the agreed method of payment, these are, among other things, connection data, such as beginning and termination of the connection to several services as well as the user identification of the participant. The message contents (e. g. transferred texts) will in no case be transferred, unless it is an express subject-matter of the service. Furthermore, we collect, process and use data of our customers' employees as far as the customers has given us these as technical or commercial contact persons. These data exclusively help in the execution of our services for the customer. As a rule, the inventory data will be deleted upon the expiration of the calendar year following the termination of the contractual relationship. Does the DeskShare GmbH pass on information to third parties? The DeskShare GmbH does not deal with your personal information and does not pass them on to third parties under any circumstances. What makes the DeskShare GmbH with data which run via its servers? Your data which will be transferred by the use of our services via our servers are taboo for us. They are protected by latest security systems against external interventions. We only evaluate your personal information in an anonymizated way. In doing so, we only collect general data and no personal ones regarding the use of our services.
