The monthly compensations for use depend on the desired contract period and on the number of the necessary session channels. The compensation for use also includes, apart from the software licenses, the access to the DeskShare® network as well as after-sales service regarding software maintenance, security and e-mail support. We provide both the technology and regular updates, and you will use the full range of function of our product. Features Individual client You will receive a version of the DeskShare//Client connection program registered for your company, together with the corresponding DeskShare® license file. After having started the program, the user will see the name and the domicile of your company. For your personal program version, you can select one of the currently available languages (German, English, French, Spanish, Italian). You can order other languages as add-on at any time. Company license DeskShare® is not bound to one workplace. DeskShare//Client can be used on any personal computers, notebooks and servers, and it can be offered for passing on to customers and partners, especially also for downloading in the Internet. However, it is only allowed to work with your personal DeskShare license file on computers which are exclusively used by you as the licensee. The passing on to third persons is NOT allowed. Digital security certificate As an authenticator, your personal program version will be signed by the digital security certificate of the DeskShare GmbH . Thus, your customers and partners can quickly convince themselves of the integrity and reliability of DeskShare®. Support included The monthly compensations for use contain free e-mail support as well as regular software updates of your personal program versions. There will be no additional costs. OUR OFFER If you decide to change from DeskShare][ASP to LIFETIME or PRO within the first 6 months of the contract period, we will deduct the full compensations for use paid until the date of order from the license fees.
