By the purchase of a PRO license, you will have the full range of function of our software at your disposal without time limit. Furthermore, the license is not bound to only one workplace so that DeskShare//Client can be used on any computers of the licensee. The one-time license fee exclusively depends on the number of the required session channels . It will be possible to license further session channels at a later date. Also the support for the first 12 months will already be included. Furthermore, the DeskShare//Server will be included in delivery. By using this software component, you can operate an own DeskShare® server in the Internet/intranet, if required, or after the expiration of your support. That way, you will become completely independent of our DeskShare® network and additionally enjoy very high investment protection. Features Individual client You will receive a DeskShare//Client version registered for your company, together with the corresponding DeskShare® license file. After having started the program, the user will see the name and the domicile of your company. For your personal program version, you can select one of the currently available languages (German, English, French, Spanish, Italian). You can order other languages as add-on at any time. Company license DeskShare® is not bound to one workplace. DeskShare//Client can be used on any personal computers, notebooks and servers, and it can be offered for passing on to customers and partners, especially also for downloading in the Internet. However, it is only allowed to work with your personal DeskShare license file on computers which are exclusively used by you as the licensee. The passing on to third persons is NOT allowed.  Digital security certificate As an authenticator, your personal program version will be signed by the digital security certificate of the DeskShare GmbH . Thus, your customers and partners can quickly convince themselves of the integrity and reliability of DeskShare®. DeskShare//Server The DeskShare//Server software component necessary for the connection establishment and the provision of session channels will also be included in delivery. By using it, you can operate an own DeskShare® server in the Internet/intranet, if required, or after the expiration of your support. 12 month-support included This product includes a 12-month support. Apart from the access to the DeskShare® network as well as free e-mail support, you will receive regular updates of your personal program versions. An extension of the support by another 12 months is optional.  System requirements For DeskShare//Client, you need only a commercially available PC with Internet connection, Microsoft operating system (Win95/98/ME/NT/2000/XP/2003/Vista) and Microsoft Internet Explorer (from version 4). In case you want to operate an own DeskShare//Server, the software package included in delivery requires as platform a computer with the Windows 2003 Server operating system. The Internet Information Services (IIS) from version 5 as well as the Microsoft .NET-Framework (version 1.1) must be installed on this system. The Internet Information Services are a component of Windows. The .NET-Framework can be downloaded either directly from Microsoft or free of charge via the support area support area of our website. The Windows server and must be reachable from the Internet resp. from the company-owned intranet (according to the field of application). This server must have a fixed IP address.
